These terms set out the conditions under which PRIM-LOGIST SRL, IDNO 1015608001255, str. Movileni 77, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, sells the products presented on the Ambalaje.md website.
By placing an order or using the website, you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.
We sell packaging materials: cardboard boxes, adhesive tape, packing paper, stretch wrap, bubble wrap, bags and sacks, vacuum bags for clothes, tools and accessories. On request, we also make custom cardboard boxes.
Products are sold on the basis of a confirmed order and delivered at the agreed time and place.
Add the products to the cart and send the order form, or order by phone or write to us on Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger. The form on the website is a request, not a binding order. After you submit it, we contact you, normally by phone, to confirm the details and the price.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order, and the order can still be cancelled free of charge after confirmation.
The details you give us are used only to process your order, in line with our privacy policy.
All prices include VAT.
Shop prices are firm. The delivery cost is added to the order amount, and you see the total in the cart before you send the order. We confirm the price of custom boxes before production starts.
No payment is taken on the website. We do not ask for bank details and do not collect money through the site.
Payment happens outside the website: on site or on delivery, as agreed when the order is confirmed.

Cancelling or rescheduling an order is always free of charge. We only ask that you tell us as early as possible.

As a consumer, you can return goods bought at a distance within 14 days of receiving them, under the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or for professional purposes.

As a consumer, you may also apply to the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței) or to a court.
The texts, images, logo and design of the website belong to the company. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the website on the day the order is made.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
